USS MINNEAPOLIS SSN 708

On Friday as she was leaving Plymouth Harbor in Southern England because of winds that exceeded 70 mph, four of her crew were blown over board. The four were retrieved from the harbor by chopper but two died as a result of the accident which is now under investagation
