Rich From the pamp has posted this over on submarinemuseums.org and I don't know if Dave or anyone is currently working on the TBT stand or the TBT itself right now, so this is for future thought for those whom haven't seen it yet.

Yes, he has the manual - and a WWII veteran who used them as a consultant!
