Crewmembers on board: Chief Mike, Dave, John S, John B, Frank, Cathy, Al F, Larry S, Jaime, and Tim.
Almost enough Volunteers to get underway...
Maintenance:
• Dave re-lamped forward battery.
• Dave and Rob [of HSIB] entered the Bow Buoyancy tank and repaired the screening in the limber holes that keep pigeons out.
• Chief Mike and Little Al F helped Rob remove trash and gear from the paint barge floating on the port side.
• Chief Mike helped Tim install a bracket to hold the growler call light in the Forward Engine Room. This bracket replaces a wire tie.
• Chief Mike and Ski stowed new electrical supplies in Plot.
• Cathy and John S. repaired hinges on the security doors in Forward Battery.
Restoration:
• Frank and Dave lubricated the gear drive for the radar antenna.
• Chief Mike stowed new radio parts he’s recently acquired. Stowed electronic test equipment in Plot.
• John B evaluated the Motor Room for painting.
